About the Role
As a Welding Lecturer at NETA Training you will deliver teaching, learning and assessment in line with the skills, knowledge and qualifications required by awarding organisations. You will also produce welding quotations for commercial training while liaising with the Sales Team for booking progression.
Responsibilities
* Provide classroom and practical welding instruction to learners.
* Assess student progress and deliver feedback in accordance with assessment criteria.
* Create and maintain accurate and up‑to‑date teaching and assessment records.
* Prepare and submit welding quotations for commercial training courses.
* Collaborate with the Commercial Training Manager and Sales Team to manage course bookings.
* Support continuous professional development for staff and learners.
Qualifications
* Minimum Level 3 welding qualification.
* Time‑served welder with at least 2 years of professional experience.
* Relevant teaching qualification (e.g., ATAR, NVQ).
* Strong organisational, IT and problem‑solving skills.
* A positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
