Your role will focus on helping the pupil access lessons, manage transitions, and develop emotional regulation strategies. You’ll liaise with teachers and the SENCO to implement tailored plans and track progress.The CandidateYou’re a psychology graduate with a calm, observant approach and a genuine interest in working with neurodiverse young people.
