Responsibilities
* Proactively support the wider HR Team with change programmes
* Apply employment law, policies and procedures effectively influencing managers
* Advise and coach managers on policies, procedures, and people initiatives
Qualifications
* Generalist HR experience across varied and complex cases
* Proficient HR systems knowledge and data handling skills
* CIPD Level 5 qualified
