Nursery Room Leader required urgently We are currently seeking a confident and enthusiastic (Cache level 3 childcare trained or equivalent) to join a friendly, school-adjacent nursery in Barnet (N12). This role is based in the baby room, leading a small team of 2 practitioners. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone experienced in supporting in a nursery setting who is passionate about Early Years education who is ready to lead, inspire, and make a real impact in a nurturing, child-centred environment. What the Room Leader role involves: As Room Leader, you will take responsibility for the smooth daily running of the baby room, ensuring high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding at all times.
