Additionally, the role will involve collaboration with these groups and risk functions to define and agree on a migration strategy to ensure a safe implementation.
To be successful as an Ops & Business Readiness Manager, you should have:
* Experience with the Barclays Change Process
* Proven organizational and planning capabilities
* Ability to identify and manage risks effectively

Manage change projects that help achieve strategic objectives, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, budget, and in compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

* Manage change projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and quality standards.
* Develop and manage project plans detailing scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.
* Communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed and engaged.
* Manage project teams, resources, and skills.
* Oversee project budgets and create progress reports.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
* Facilitate change management activities, including training and communication.
