Who you will work with
Our client is a global professional services organisation specialising in complex financial transactions, market advisory, and portfolio management.
What you'll do
* Oversee corporate action events end-to-end, including reconciliations, monitoring trading activity, processing payments, and resolving exceptions such as Client Money items.
* Identify and mitigate financial, regulatory, market, and operational risks while ensuring appropriate escalation and strong control practices.
* Partner with business units, clients, and external providers to manage event impact and implement process enhancements that strengthen efficiency and governance.
What you bring
* Previous experience in an operations environment, ideally within financial services (banking or brokerage), though broader operational backgrounds will be considered.
* Strong Excel capability with confidence handling data and reconciliations.
* Graduate applicants welcome; no specific degree required.
* Clear and confident communicator who is comfortable engaging stakeholders and raising queries where appropriate.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced setting.
