What you'll be doing Provide people leadership for the delivery of Royal Navy Training, accountable to the Regional Training Manager for KPIs and training outcomes. Identify and embed good and best practice to ensure systematic, safe, high-quality and harmonised training delivery. Act as a key tactical leader, balancing training output with trainee experience, quality and outcome targets. Lead and line-manage Delivery Team Leads, overseeing training delivery and operational coordination. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and across the Royal Navy training area. Use performance data and insight (including InVal, ExVal and third-party sources) to drive continuous improvement across RN training. What we're looking for: Essential: Established leadership experience. Working knowledge of defence training Results-oriented with the ability to drive quality and delivery improvements across learning programmes Team player with experience leading and collaborating cross-team to ensure successful delivery of training.
