Workshop Manager/ Vehicle Technician required for an automotive independent garage in the Aylesbury area.
The salary offered is £40,000 with hours of work Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.

Duties
* Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop
* Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
* Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
* Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians
* Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to work
* Looking After the Repair Centre Site
Requirements
* Previous experience running a workshop
* Qualified Light Vehicle Technician or equivalent Level 3
* Confident and capable of carrying out a wide range of vehicle maintenance and repair
* Offer support and help to your colleagues
* Able to provide technical advice and carry out vehicle maintenance and repair work, in accordance with technical procedures
* Full UK Driving Licence
