About the Role
We’re looking for genuinely caring, hands‑on Activities Coordinators with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. You will plan and deliver meaningful, engaging activities that promote growth and develop new skills.
Responsibilities
* Plan, organise and deliver activities for residents in the ABI service
* Craft experiences that provide therapeutic opportunities and are meaningful and purposeful
* Co‑design events and activities with residents, ensuring choice and individuality
* Collaborate closely with care colleagues, the service manager and residents to tailor experiences
* Accurately record and report on activities offered and session engagement to monitor resident needs
Qualifications & Requirements
* Full UK driving licence
* Resilient, flexible, and composed approach to working with people with acquired brain injury
* Creative, customer‑focused mindset
* Ability to work closely with residents, staff and service staff
* References and DBS checks – all applicants and offers subject to satisfactory DBS checks and references
