Key responsibilities
Assisting Commercial Manager
Produce valuations and payment applications
It is essential to have the knowledge and confidence to be able to take site measurements, predominantly social housing, unsupervised. Surveying of properties and pricing.
Identify changes to works information
Costing variations
Understanding of quality control, material scheduling etc
Subcontract account management
Cost reporting
This is a great entry position to work with an expanding company and work locally.
