The Belfast office are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer with a mechanical engineering background to join their established team based in Belfast.
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious, client-facing Engineer to take a leading role on a variety of exciting projects across Northern Ireland. To be successful in this role, you will be a self-motivated, confident individual with team leadership skills, able to deliver high-profile projects to the highest standards.
What you’ll do!
* Maintain Client relationships with several key clients.
* Undertake quality checks and promote technical excellence.
* Be accountable for the team's results and adherence to agreed-upon budget.
* Act as a mentor to other staff and promote CPD activities.
* Carry out risk assessments and value engineering.
* Contribute to and provide information for fee proposals.

Requirements:
* Extensive experience in mechanical building services design.
* Knowledge of a wide range of market sectors.
* The ability to provide technically sound design solutions.
* Experience of seeing conceptual designs through to completion and dealing directly with clients
* Work experience within a similar consultancy or other relevant business
* Relevant experience in Electrical Engineering design, including areas such as specification writing, calculations, and developing designs from first principles.
