The Role
As a Client Sales Executive, you will engage with existing clients to identify their needs and demonstrate how Citations services can support their success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Engagement: Understand client challenges and recommend solutions.
2. Relationship Building: Develop trusted advisor relationships.
3. Solution Selling: Present Citations services effectively.
4. Objection Handling: Address client concerns professionally.
5. Pipeline Management: Use CRM tools to track leads and activities.
6. Collaborative Success: Work with internal teams to achieve outcomes.
