The Lodge is a supported living house in Cranleigh, part of St Joseph’s Specialist Trust. Their tenants include adults with autistic spectrum disorders, learning difficulties and communication needs. They are looking for a caring, empathetic and resilient person to join their dedicated night team. No prior experience is necessary – you’ll receive excellent training, a full induction and ongoing mentoring to help you succeed. What the role involves Working night waking shifts (37 hours per week, year-round) on a rota basis Supporting tenants if they wake during the night, ensuring they feel safe and at home Providing reassurance and guidance when tenants feel anxious or frustrated Using positive behaviour support techniques (full training provided) Building trusting relationships that help tenants live fulfilled and independent lives.
