Your new role
You will:
1. Manage a portfolio of clients
2. Provide technical advisory expertise
3. Overseepliance for a designated portfolio
4. Tax planning
5. Assist with business development and attend networking events
6. Assist to continue business growth and expansion of the portfolio
7. Work closely with your new team, helping to guide and mentor individuals as needed
8. Be a point of escalation within the team for any issues
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant, ACA, ACCA, ATT, CTA with at least 5 years post-qualification experience. You will have managed a portfolio previously and be able to demonstrate your advisory skills during interview. You will have excellentmunication skills to enable you to manage a high performing team, to liaise with clients, hold tax planning meetings, be confident in exploring business development opportunities and to network in localmunities as needed.
