What Youll Be Doing
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, youll learn how to run your own 360 recruitment desk : building relationships, winning business and matching talented candidates with brilliant clients.
Youll receive full training from day one and will quickly take on responsibilities such as:
Business Development
* Prospecting new clients via phone, email, social media and meetings
* Promoting Hunter Selections services and unique selling points
* Negotiating commercial terms
Client and Candidate Management
* Taking detailed vacancy briefs
* Building long x2011;lasting client partnerships
* Advertising roles, sourcing talent and using our tools, databases and networks
* Interviewing and assessing candidates
* Managing interviews, feedback and the offer process
* Ensuring smooth communication until placement
Organisation and Quality
* Following structured processes to ensure high:quality service
* Maintaining accurate records and using internal systems effectively
* Upholding professional standards across all social media activity
Youll also have the chance to get involved in internal improvement projects and initiatives as you grow.
