JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a Head of Sales with a solid record of success in Corporate Hospitality and a strong focus on leading teams to achieve exceptional results. This individual will be responsible for leading our sales teams, driving revenue growth (including achievement of personal targets), present product launches and liaise with suppliers to develop and deliver compelling hospitality packages.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
SALES MANAGEMENT
* Lead, manage, and drive both sales teams to consistently exceed targets and KPIs.
* Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and training to support continuous improvement alongside our Sales Team Leaders.
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with business goals and market opportunities.
* Analyse sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and identify areas for growth.
* Ensure the delivery of exceptional client experiences from initial contact through to post-sale follow-up.
PERSONAL SALES REVENUE
* Personally contribute to revenue generation through high-level sales activity and client relationship development.
* Exceed individual sales targets while playing a key role in driving the company’s revenue performance.
PRODUCTS AND PACKAGES
* Drive and oversee the successful launch of new products to the Sales Teams.
* Collaborate with suppliers and partners to curate, negotiate, and deliver compelling hospitality packages.
OTHER
* Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment across the business.
* Represent the company at events, client meetings, and networking opportunities to promote brand visibility and growth.
REQUIREMENTS
* Proven experience in Corporate Hospitality, with a strong track record of driving both individual and team revenue growth.
* Extensive sales and leadership experience in outbound B2B telesales, with a focus on achieving measurable results.
* Experience in leading product launches and working closely with suppliers to develop and present tailored hospitality packages.
* Strong data-driven approach to sales forecasting, performance analysis, and reporting.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments, including Marketing, Fulfilment, and Operations, to drive business success.
* Strong understanding of CRM platforms (Eg. Salesforce).
* Willingness to travel between our Nottingham and Stansted offices as required.
