Our site-based Quality Control Engineers are dedicated to boosting the project team’s awareness of Quality Requirements, coordinating efforts to build quality into plans and supporting the ongoing monitoring, surveillance, and collation of Quality Dossiers to support successful package handover and completion.
The Quality Engineer – EC&I ensures that systems are installed to comply with all project specifications, industry standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA/QC within the EC&I discipline, with specific experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors.
Key Deliverables
1. Develop and implement project-specific quality plans for EC&I works.
2. Review and coordinate contractor Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
3. Conduct inspections and tests including FATs, SATs, pre-commissioning checks, and instrument calibration.
4. Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and drive corrective actions.
5. Maintain quality records and collaborate with project teams and vendors.
