The Job & Ideal Candidate:
Shires Estate & Letting Agents are looking for an experienced, driven and hard-working Valuer, with a proven track record and ability to generate instructions, to drive forward all things 'New Business' within our established office in Mildenhall, reporting to the Branch Manager.
The candidate will be responsible for attending valuations, following up and winning instructions, managing those instructions through to sale and generating their own stream of valuation opportunity, alongside coaching the other members of the sales department towards the same goals.
You must be positive, tenacious, persuasive and competitive whilst being skilled in communication, selling, time management and being a team player.
Experience of the Sales & Lettings environment will be essential.

The Package:
The basic salary is between £26,000 & £30,000 with realistic OTE of £60k+.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:30 and alternate Saturdays 9:00 - 1:00. Where the Saturday is worked, the time off in lieu is taken during the week.
