We are seeking a dynamic, industrious, and flexible individual to join a progressive and forward-thinking team dedicated to improving care for patients with diabetes across North West London. The successful applicant will be part of the North West London Multidisciplinary Diabetes Foot Team, established as part of the NW London Transformation programme for the Diabetic Foot.
The MDFT is a component of the NW London Diabetes Foot Network, which unites multidisciplinary foot teams across NW London to share learning and promote best practices in diabetic foot management. The team provides inpatient and outpatient podiatry care, training, and education across acute sites. The role offers excellent opportunities to work autonomously and collaboratively across teams and disciplines to impact outcomes of the Diabetic Foot Programme and contribute to developing new service pathways post-COVID-19.
The post-holder will work across Northwick Park Hospital, Ealing Hospital, and Central Middlesex Hospital. Current Band 6 Podiatrists may be considered for a developmental Band 7 role if shortlisted and successful at interview.
