Are you an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment? We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Business Administrator to provide top-level support to our client's Senior Leadership Team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting strategic operations, governance, and cross-functional projects across internal teams.

Job Title: Business Administrator

Location: Ascot

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Board.
Manage complex diaries, organise meetings and events, and coordinate logistics such as travel, venues, and technology.
Prepare and distribute board papers, agendas, and minutes with accuracy and professionalism.
Support governance and compliance processes, maintaining records and documentation in line with internal policies.
Handle sensitive correspondence and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Create, maintain, and update Microsoft Excel reports and trackers to monitor key actions, decisions, and performance metrics.
Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency across executive support functions.Skills and experience:

Proven experience in executive or board-level support (e.g. Executive Assistant, PA, or Business Administrator).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including minute-taking and document preparation.
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Microsoft Excel
