You’ll interact with clients in person and over the phone, providing essential support and guidance throughout their journey.

You’ll work in a friendly environment alongside clinical and non-clinical colleagues, helping clients make informed reproductive choices. Prior experience in healthcare is desirable, though not essential, as we offer comprehensive training in our Oxford Regional Treatment Centre to get you fully up to speed. Responsibilities

* Act as the first point of contact for clients and help empower informed choices in care.
Requirements
* Must be able to drive as the role involves a Reading/Chesham split location.
* Prior experience in healthcare is desirable, though not essential; comprehensive training is provided.
* Excellent communication and administrative skills.
