As a Nurse Practitioner for Uniquely Health, you’ll be part of a virtual and in-person London-based clinic that is data-driven and uses big data to deliver personalised and preventative healthcare to our client base. Our clinicians are at the centre of our clients’ care, working with other specialists to provide a holistic wellbeing plan and be at the centre of a long-term relationship with our clients.
We are looking for a motivated, qualified Nurse Practitioner to join our team. You will work closely with our Clinical Team (GPs, Dietitian and Exercise Scientist), to interpret the blood results of our customers, write clinical summaries and contribute to the customer's holistic journey, alongside building our referral networking, maintaining high standards of customer service across all interactions.

* You’re an experienced nurse practitioner with an interest in personalised, preventative care with a particular focus in Women’s Health
* You’re passionate about offering a holistic plan to customers and will be enthusiastic to consider other disciplines' feedback in your clinical summaries
What you will be doing
* Helping to grow our network of trusted partners who work with us
* Supporting our clinical team in interpreting the results from our analysis and translating them into actionable health plans with a focus on disease prevention and wellness
* Keeping an up-to-date record of each client’s progress
* Being at the centre of health care planning for our clients, either meeting with them virtually and discussing with them their areas of concern and how to optimise their health or writing notes on our dashboard.
* Participating in our marketing efforts, such as presenting at webinars or in-person events in London, and other related activities.
The ideal candidate
* Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a private clinical setting, specialising in menopause care, women’s health or cardiac care.
* Established network of UK consultants to whom to refer patients and work with
* Nurse Prescriber - registered in the UK and with expert knowledge of HRT prescribing
* Extended course in Menopause Management, or similar.
* Be comfortable traveling into London.
This is an hourly opportunity, with the opportunity to increase hours. Works will generally take place Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:30. On occasion, we may ask you to visit our office and host live in-person events for customers.
