This Nursing Home Manager role is based in the newest home within an established group, where the focus is on building strong standards from the outset. It will suit an experienced manager, ideally nurse qualified, who understands elderly care, has a proven CQC track record, and is confident balancing quality care with occupancy and financial performance.

What You’ll Need
• Registered Nurse qualification with active NMC registration or Level 5 in Leadership and Management
• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in an elderly care setting
• Strong track record of achieving positive CQC outcomes
• Ability to manage both clinical quality and commercial performance
What You’ll Do
• Lead the day-to-day running of the nursing home
• Ensure high standards of care and regulatory compliance
• Maintain full occupancy and manage financial performance
• Prepare for and manage CQC inspections
• Oversee staffing, performance, and service delivery
• Work closely with senior leadership and regional teams
