What you need to know about the role
As a Customer Services Representative, you'll play a vital role in understanding and addressing our customers’ needs while building strong, lasting relationships. Acting as the primary point of contact, you’ll engage regularly with customers, ensuring their expectations are exceeded through exceptional service and operational excellence.
Your key responsibility will be to serve as the bridge between customers and our internal teams, managing daily operational matters to enhance customer satisfaction and deliver a seamless experience.
What we need to know about you
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a solid educational background and experience in customer-facing roles.
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—are essential, along with the ability to foster meaningful relationships and develop customer trust.
Additionally, negotiation skills and business acumen would be beneficial in this role.
