We’re now looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with the experience to work with key stakeholders across DUAL and Howden as we develop a group digital strategy. This is a new role in DUAL Group which will focus on our desire to be a more digitally enabled organisation with a stronger global presence. You’ll be an active listener helping to ensure that we leverage the existing digital expertise in DUAL and Howden, and that our strategy meets both group and regional business requirements. Your experience of working with international stakeholders and winning their buy-in will be a critical success factor. Quite simply, we’re looking for someone who will help us do more. This includes working alongside our Howden and DUAL colleagues as we establish a framework for the provision of and sharing of best practice digital marketing support and advice. You will also play a key part in content creation and management, bringing our carrier, client and employee propositions to life across our digital platforms. This will include leveraging all channels (internal and external social channels) as well as our websites. You’ll be part of a small central team which manages group-level marketing and communications for DUAL, and we can genuinely say that no two days will be the same. You’ll be someone who can hit the ground running and who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Coming into a new role, it is essential that you are a self-starter and used to taking the initiative. Role responsibilities Work with stakeholders in DUAL and Howden to develop a transformational digital plan with a pragmatic and flexible approach to execution. Responsible for managing all Group digital channels and working closely with DUAL’s regional teams. Websites Work with our regional teams to assess, brief and manage development requests with the Howden team developers Coordination with external agencies Group site: ensure our DUAL Group site is optimised for our key users Develop a good understanding of the CMS to build and edit content. Champion best practice with our regional teams. Understand the technical possibilities and constraints of the different website areas and be able to advise DUAL teams as needed Content Consult with the business teams and create digital content as required both corporate and product as needed. Ensure we have a groupwide process to produce SEO optimised digital content to drive client engagement Manage content updates across the DUAL Group site and social channels, creating and editing copy and digital assets Work with stakeholders to ensure content is delivered on brand, is fully compliant, and provides the best user experience. Reporting & BAU Pro-actively communicate with other teams across the business to ensure full awareness of current and upcoming projects Collaborate with the regional marketing teams to understand analytical data and identify ways to optimise existing activity to maximise impact, driving performance, efficiency and innovation Champion digital marketing to promote best practice and share results. Key requirements Proven experience in a similar level role A superb communicator with experience of developing and executing a digital content plan for maximum impact and engagement Fluency in English is required with excellent written, editing and proofreading skills and exceptional attention to detail You will have experience of the marketing and comms toolbox and how to effectively bring your digital experience across online disciplines and platforms into the mix Experience of working in a regulated B2B financial services or professional services marketing environment Confident communicating professionally with people across the business, using a range of styles and techniques to adapt to different stakeholders and language and cultural barriers, to gain stakeholder buy-in Comfortable with developing/managing detail-orientated processes You will be inquisitive, action-orientated and enjoy change. Working in collaborative, agile teams you will thrive in the kind of environment where you can share and reciprocate knowledge. Strong organisational, planning and project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Self-motivated and proactive with a good sense of ownership, able to work well under pressure, prioritise tasks and adapt to last minute requests Experience working with a CMS and a CRM (Salesforce would be ideal) Experience of using project management tools e.g. Monday.com is also desirable Experience with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) - interpreting, analysing, reporting and using data for decision-making About DUAL Working across 22 countries, DUAL has built a reputation as a specialist underwriting group and the market of choice for insurance intermediaries around the world.
