The role *1 year fixed term contract. *Manage multiple live digital projects across the organisation, ensuring timely delivery and tangible results *Work hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Pages, MS Flows, Power BI and other digital tools *Lead, guide, and support a small project team within the PMO *Drive progress, remove blockers, and ensure stakeholders are accountable *Support the implementation, testing, and rollout of digital solutions *Maintain oversight of the PMO portfolio and ensure projects align with strategic goals *Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the organisation The person *Experienced Project Manager with a track record of delivering multiple projects or a portfolio simultaneously *Hands-on, practical approach to project management not just strategic oversight *Experience in Microsoft digital transformation projects (Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Pages, MS Flows, Power BI) *Strong leadership skills and experience managing small teams *Confident, proactive, and able to work independently *Problem-solving mindset, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment
