KEY requirements and responsibilities Experience in an administrative role or operational support role, ideally within a regulated, corporate, financial or professional services environment. Experience working with internal systems (non-IT), data, and processes, including: maintaining records, updating trackers, managing system entries and controlling system access. Comfortable working with multiple internal systems, some of which may be complex, and able to navigate these accurately with guidance. Good working knowledge of compliance administration within a financial or regulated setting (administrative support level, not specialist). Practical understanding of GDPR, particularly around handling personal data, confidentiality, and record keeping. High level of attention to detail. Confident using Microsoft Office, and comfortable learning new systems. Able to manage routine tasks independently and escalate issues when required Comfortable communicating clearly via email, internally and with customers Comfortable supporting compliance-related processes such as maintaining compliance records, supporting reporting, and ensure documentation is kept up to date.
