Responsibilities
* Deliver direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians while monitoring patients for adverse reactions.
* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting all assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
* Educate patients and their families on health management, medication administration, and post-discharge care instructions.
* Conduct routine health assessments and monitor vital signs to detect any changes in patient conditions.
* Uphold infection control protocols and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
