Are you a friendly and organised individual with previous Corporate Reception experience? Our client, a leading organisation in the logistics sector, is on the lookout for a dedicated Receptionist to be the welcoming face of their brand-new London offices near Bank.
As the Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and professional experience for clients, visitors, and employees. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome
2. Managing visitor access and ensuring security protocols are strictly followed
3. Answering and directing incoming calls with a polite and professional demeanour
4. Coordinating meeting room bookings, ensuring all setups are ready and prepared
5. Handling incoming and outgoing mail securely and efficiently
6. Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area, always presenting a professional environment
7. Supporting hospitality needs for meetings and coordinating refreshments
What We're Looking For:
8. Previous Corporate Reception experience is essential!
9. Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
10. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
11. An NVQ or equivalent qualification in Customer Service or Business Administration is a plus but not essential.
12. GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths
