As we prepare for our UK launch, we're looking for a Claims Handler to join our London team. This is your chance to be part of a growing, mission-driven company from the very beginning.
This position is based in London, where we apply a hybrid work model (3-4 days in the office) with the opportunity to work from home. You'll be reporting directly to the UK Country Manager and Head of Customer Success & Claims.
Tasks
About the role
Are you detail-oriented, empathetic, and passionate about helping pets and their owners? As a Claims Handler, you'll ensure our customers experience seamless support when they need it most. You'll process claims fairly and efficiently while keeping customer care at the heart of everything you do.
In this role, you will:
* Evaluate and process pet insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and fairness.
* Communicate with pet parents, providing clear updates on their claims.
* Collaborate with veterinarians and clinics to gather necessary documentation.
* Support improvements to claims processes for greater efficiency.
* Be an ambassador for our mission to provide top-tier pet care solutions.
Requirements
* Previous experience in claims handling, insurance, or a related field.
* A background as a veterinary nurse or in animal care is a plus.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
