Job Description
Our client, a prominent company in the manufacturing sector, is currently seeking a skilled Welder to join their team on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support and meet the demands of the Weld/Fab shop
* Work accurately and efficiently to drawings, ensuring high standards of work
* Perform MIG and TIG welding tasks proficiently
* Ensure a full understanding of health and safety requirements and responsibilities within the BSI 45001 Health & Safety management system
* Promote and conduct good health and safety practices consistently
* Maintain good housekeeping routines to keep plant and equipment in good working order
* Conduct operator quality control to uphold high standards
Job Requirements:
* Experience in aluminium TIG welding
* Proficiency in both MIG and TIG welding
* Ability to work to technical drawings accurately and meet high standards
* Understanding of health and safety practices within a manufacturing environment
* Willingness to be flexible and enthusiastic about the role
