A Project Management Consultancy are recruiting for x3 Contracts Managers to work on site with their client on a major utilities project. The Contracts Mangers will be based on site 2-3 days a week in Cambridgeshire the rest working remotely. The Role: We are looking for an experienced Contracts & Commercial Managers to work on a water project seconded to the client in the Cambridgeshire area. Key Responsibilities: Management of Commercials – cost estimates, procurement, subcontracts Robust Cost Management – Actuals and forecast, variance analysis Contract Management – contract administration, EWNs, CE, final accounts, supply chain Project and Programme Risk – risk and opportunity management, dispute/ disallowed costs Management of project governance aligned to AW procedures – change, risk etc. Monthly reporting Manage portfolios of project Laise with various functional teams and Project Boards Key Candidate Criteria: Strong Contracts and Commercial Management experience in the Utilities/Infrastructure sectors – Water project experience is desirable Extensive pre- and post-contract experience in a commercial role. Extensive demonstratble NEC Contract experience Minimum of 5 years Contract Manageent experience ideally within a consulting/contracting or customer-focused commercial environment.
