Finance Business Analyst - Integration Programme (Contract) Hybrid (2-3 days/week in London)4 Month Contract Immediate Start We're looking for a proactive Finance Business Analyst with strong stakeholder engagement skills, ability to create visual project updates (PowerPoint, Gantt, Visio), with a background in FP&A or financial services. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role-perfect for someone who enjoys organising complex information, creating clear visuals, and engaging with senior stakeholders to keep multi-team activity on track.You do not need to be a modeller or accountant, but you do need strong financial understanding. What You'll Be DoingProject Support & Coordination Create visual project updates, including PowerPoint packs and summary status reports. Build and maintain Gantt charts, timelines, and simple project plans to keep multiple workstreams aligned. Map out process workflows, showing "who does what and when" to reach the end-state design.Track milestones, identify dependencies, surface risks, and help remove blockers across pods. Business Analysis Lead discovery sessions to understand current vs. future state finance processes.Document and translate requirements into clear outputs for delivery teams and SMEs. Support creation of new finance processes, models, and reporting structures. Stakeholder Engagement Proactively engage stakeholders to gather updates, ask questions and challenge where needed. Act as a visible coordinator between multiple teams-including senior finance leaders-to ensure alignment. What You'll BringFinance Knowledge Understanding of P&L, financial processes, and rolling forecasts. (No heavy modelling required.) Experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, insurance, or financial services. Tools & Technical Skills Strong PowerPoint skills for visual storytelling. Comfortable building Gantt charts and process maps (using tools such as Visio or MS Project).Able to lightly review Excel models (sense checking, not model building). Personal Qualities Highly proactive-someone who drives progress rather than waits for direction. Organised, structured and comfortable managing multiple moving parts.
