We are seeking a Head of Strategic Execution in Technology to report to the Group CTO. This leadership role involves driving strategic vision and operational excellence across our technology and product divisions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong finance background, extensive program management experience, and leadership skills to manage diverse technology operations and foster innovation.

What we’re looking for / Skills that will help you in the role
Key Accountabilities
* Strategic Leadership: Formulate and execute initiatives supporting the CTO, develop narratives for board discussions, analyze KPIs, and communicate insights.
* Technology Strategy: Develop and communicate the technology roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
* Programme Management: Lead large-scale technology programs, coordinate teams, and ensure timely delivery.
* Financial Management: Oversee budgets, staffing, and vendor relationships, and conduct financial analysis.
* Operational Management: Provide strategic leadership, oversee vendors, and act as a delegate for the CTO.
* Risk and Controls: Implement controls, monitor risks, and ensure compliance.
* Stakeholder Management: Communicate with leadership, board, and stakeholders to align initiatives.
Person Specification
Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Finance, Business, or related fields; MBA preferred. Proven experience in a senior management role within technology or finance, with strong financial, program management, leadership, and communication skills. Experience managing vendors and understanding risk management is essential.
Preferred Skills
Experience managing budgets and headcount, knowledge of regulatory compliance, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
