About the Role
You will handle a varied and stimulating caseload of commercial property matters for a broad client base. Work will typically include:
* Acquisitions and disposals
* Landlord and tenant matters
* Lease negotiation, renewals and management
* Development and investment work
* General commercial property support for business clients
* Property transactions involving assets held within pension schemes, including acquisitions, disposals and related transactional matters
About You
We welcome applications from solicitors with solid experience in commercial property. You should be able to manage matters with appropriate independence, whilst also enjoying working collaboratively with colleagues and clients alike.
