Our team plans and delivers bespoke travel itineraries for schools, clubs, universities and armed forces teams around the globe. Our events division coordinates experiences for fans watching live sport to major events around Europe, the US and Australia.
The Role
As a Tour Coordinator, you'll work directly with our customers to piece together extraordinary itineraries to include transportation, accommodation, excursions and live experiences, all whilst delivering phenomenal customer service at every stage.
Attention to detail is essential, ensuring that trips are delivered professionally and to the clients' needs an expectations. You'll need great customer service skills to build outstanding relationships with our clients and suppliers, and be able to work as a key member of our operations team. It's fast paced, so you'll need to be organised, great with time-keeping and task management and be competent in using online project management systems.
You will report to the Operations Manager who will support and guide you to achieve your goals, and work towards achieving the business's customer service and performance targets. Your contributions re represented through the feedback from our travelling clients, many of which may be embarking on their first group travel experience or school trip. Our team know how to celebrate success together and create a positive feedback loop for continuous improvement.

Previous experience in an operational role is preferred, but demonstrating the essential skills and a love of travel are essential for us. Your first 12 months will equip you with the tools needed to excel in the role, as you work closely with different members of the Operations team.

Essential:

* Knowledge of a variety of different sports (preferably Team Sports)
* Knowledge of Canada, USA or South Africa

* Previous experience in an operational role
