The Document Specialist ensures accurate management and control of production and quality documentation within a fast-paced laboratory and manufacturing setting. Responsibilities
* Work in morning, day, and night shifts
* Manage and control documentation related to production, batches, and quality processes
* Distribute controlled documents to relevant departments in a timely and accurate manner
* Release and close production batches, ensuring all materials are properly allocated
* Assist production and quality teams with document review and record management
* Ensure all documentation complies with internal quality and regulatory standards
* Identify opportunities to improve document flow and system efficiency
* Use digital tools such as Excel, Word, and Power BI to maintain and analyze records
Profile
* Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills for managing high document volumes
* Experience working with tools such as Excel, Word, and Power BI
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across teams
* Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy under time pressure
* Comfortable working in a shift-based environments
* Knowledge of manufacturing, laboratory, or quality environments is an advantage
