In this role, you will be responsible for: KEY DELIVERABLES: Utilise product availability to plan delivery of customer orders on-time and in-full. Coordinate and communicate with customer planners and warehouses to achieve successful practical delivery of orders by; Review and question orders for anomalies Book delivery slots at customer warehouse location Provide pre-delivery advice Answer customer queries to ensure the customer service level is maximised by dealing with issues and resolving within adequate time.
