We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support secondary schools in High Wycombe.

The Role:
* Supporting students in and outside of the classroom as a Teaching Assistant
* Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities
* Providing 1:1 and small group support where required
* Helping to manage classroom behaviour and engagement
* Supporting students with additional learning needs
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
* Has experience working with children or young people
* Is patient, adaptable, and proactive
* Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Can work effectively as a Teaching Assistant within a school team
* Has a genuine passion for education and supporting students

Requirements:
* Right to work in the UK
