Schedule: Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays
Compensation: $65,000 – $100,000+ annually (Hourly + Incentives + Bonuses)
Must have current KY Plumbing License - Journeyman or Master License

What You’ll Do
* Lead residential plumbing installations, including sewer and excavation projects
* Operate hand tools and excavators for exterior digging and installation work
* Communicate clearly and professionally with customers throughout projects
* Provide accurate recommendations, solutions, and project updates
* Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites that reflect company standards
* Promote and protect the Tom Drexler brand through quality workmanship and customer service
* Lift and transport plumbing materials up to 75 lbs regularly
What We’re Looking For
Required:
* Active Journeyman or Master Plumbing License
* Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
* Experience with sewer and water service installations
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Physically capable and safety-focused
* Monday–Friday availability with rotating Saturdays
* Prior experience leading or mentoring plumbing installation crews
* Proven track record of delivering projects on time and to code
