Job Description What you'll do We are looking for a compassionate care professional to provide 24-hour support as part of a clinically trained team, delivering person-centred care for an individual with complex needs. Key Responsibilities Deliver and monitor all clinical care, including tracheostomy care, suctioning, PEG feeding, bowel and bladder management, medication, and moving and handling Recognise and respond to autonomic dysreflexia Support non-verbal communication using a spelling system Maintain accurate care records About the Individual Lives with tetraplegia and requires full clinical support Communicates non-verbally Enjoys watching TV, using exercise pedals, and family visits Qualifications This role does not require any specific experience, however you should be able to commute to Northallerton, ideally be a driver due to location and have passion to help others.
