Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef located in Hawes. The Sous Chef will assist in managing the kitchen, including supervising kitchen staff, preparing and cooking meals, ensuring quality and presentation of dishes, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. The role also involves menu planning, ordering supplies, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.

* Culinary skills, including meal preparation, cooking, and presentation
* Experience in kitchen management and staff supervision
* Menu planning, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food services
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
* Relevant culinary degree or certification is a plus
* Good communication and teamwork skills
