What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the reliable presence that helps each lesson stay on track. This includes:
* Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans across different subjects
* Supporting students to remain focused, engaged, and ready to learn
* Managing behaviour in a positive, consistent way
* Building rapport with students across the school
* Assisting departments during quieter periods, including basic admin tasks
* Being flexible and confident moving between classes throughout the day
