A well-established, rural, family-run hospitality business is seeking a passionate Hospitality Manager to oversee and enhance all aspects of its hospitality operations. About the Role This is a pivotal position responsible for the day-to-day management and long-term development of hospitality services, including accommodation, guest experience, and staff performance. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence while developing new ideas and opportunities to elevate the customer experience. Key Responsibilities Staff Management: Recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management of the hospitality team. Financial Oversight: Budgeting, sales forecasting, and income monitoring. Operations: Overseeing front desk, reservations, and housekeeping functions. Customer Experience: Ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience across all touchpoints. Compliance: Working with internal teams to meet HR and Health & Safety standards. Inventory Control: Managing supplier relationships, orders, and minimising waste. Marketing Support: Collaborating with the marketing team on campaigns, social media, and promotional materials. Reporting: Monthly operational, staffing, and financial reports to senior leadership. Department Development: Leading the evolution of hospitality services with support and investment from the directors.
