Our client, based in Manchester, is currently recruiting for a Resident Liaison Officer on a 6-month temporary contract. The position is due to start week in June and the hourly rate for this role will be £18 per hour via an Umbrella company. The ideal candidate will have experience with tenant liaison in a social housing environment. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Liaising with residents on site in the Manchester area on behalf of a Plumbing & Heating contractor to ensure works can be carried out Making appointments with tenants and acting as the main point of contact for tenants Answering any tenant concerns and questions about the works that are to be performed Sorting access issues for the works to be carried out, letter drops and keeping on top of works to make sure projects progress smoothly Experience required: Experience as a Resident Liaison Officer Social housing environment Skills, knowledge and expertise required: Good communication skills Thorough organisational skills Rewards and Benefits: Phone & Laptop provided Working hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:00 Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
