Location: Bridgend, Mid Glamorgan, Wales, UKRobert Half Talent Solutions are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join a growing manufacturing organisation on a permanent basis in Bridgend.The Finance Business Partner - Manufacturing role is key in supporting the UK Manufacturing Operations ) and is responsible for providing clear, timely and accurate information, including insight to the leadership team, particularly the CFO and Operations lead team. The Finance Business Partner will prepare high quality financial data on a timely basis that will help drive business performance, and decision making, and where necessary develop new KPIs to help understand and improve Operations.As part of the Finance team, you will provide effective management accounting and reporting, including performing key month end activities to account accurately for aspects of Manufacturing Operations.The role will play a key role in managing / controlling overhead spend, through partnership with various operational departments, acting as a gatekeeper in relation to operational expenditure, including leading on developing the Annual Budget.
