Overview
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a proactive, customer-obsessed and team-oriented Executive Assistant to support the VP EMEA of AWS Global Sales (AGS). This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. The candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, fluid environment, while maintaining flexibility, a sense of humour and composure. The candidate will work autonomously on many projects as required and possess the ability to complete a high volume of tasks with minimal guidance or supervision.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate complex calendars and scheduling with professionalism and care
* Support and organize team activities including meetings, events, and collaborative sessions
* Manage domestic and international travel arrangements including logistics and expense reporting
* Partner with internal teams including Recruiting, Facilities, and HR to ensure seamless operations
* Monitor and facilitate completion of key deliverables and action items
A day in the life
As Executive Assistant to our EMEA VP, you will orchestrate a fast-paced environment requiring exceptional organizational skills and discretion. You will manage complex domestic and international travel, coordinate internal and external meetings with C-suite executives and global customers, and liaise with PR teams for media appearances and industry events. The role demands strategic calendar management across multiple time zones, organization of quarterly business reviews and team off-sites, while serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. You will be crucial in enabling the VP's effectiveness while ensuring seamless operations across the EMEA organization.

* Experience as an Executive Assistant
* Experience with executive level calendar management
