Service Support Administrator – Washrooms

Salary: £26,852.10 per annum hours per week)

Reporting to: Director – Washroom Services
The role
We're looking for an organised and customer-focused Service Support Administrator to join our Washroom Services team.
You'll support the day-to-day operation by coordinating service operative schedules, booking and planning jobs, supporting engineers, and acting as a key point of contact for customers. This is a varied role where attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential.
Key responsibilities
* Managing service operative schedules and preparing job packages
* Booking, planning and rescheduling service, maintenance and remedial visits
* Checking service reports and organising parts for engineers and customers
* Liaising with customers by phone, email and system tools to arrange visits
* Handling customer queries and complaints, escalating where required
* Providing quotations and maintaining accurate customer records
About you
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset
* Confident communicator, written and verbal
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous experience in customer service, administration, scheduling or planning
* Comfortable using MS Word, Excel and email (SAP desirable, not essential)
