Our client is seeking an organised and proactive Admin Assistant to join their team. You will provide vital support across administration, finance, and order fulfilment, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Training will be provided on the company's ERP systems, so prior experience with them is not required.
Admin Assistant - Details
* 37.5 hours per week with flexible start and finish times between 7:30am-6:00pm
* Opportunity for extra hours based on business needs
* Occasional travel may be required (full driving licence essential)
Responsibilities
* Provide clerical support to our client's team in Order Fulfilment and Finance
* Input customer quotations and orders into ERP systems
* Produce and collate export shipping documentation
* Assist with Letters of Credit and Bank Guarantees for export invoicing
* Record production staff timecards and staff attendance
* Manage DHL dispatches and general office duties
* Handle calls and assist with visitor arrangements
* Highlight and resolve problems efficiently as part of the team
Qualifications
* Good GCSEs in Maths and English; A-levels desirable
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and ability to work with all levels of staff
* Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable to changing priorities
