Job Advert Early Years Officer Langlees Early Learning and Childcare Centre Post ID CS6240 An opportunity has arisen for an Early Years Officer to join the team at Langlees ELC Centre. You will have skills, knowledge and experience of all current Early Learning and Childcare provision and procedures and have a passion for promoting and delivering high quality play and learning both indoors and outdoors. You will work as an effective team member and establish positive relationships with children and families. You will have knowledge and experience of current early learning and childcare provision and procedures. With experience of working with children, you will have an HNC/SVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent. You must be registered with or currently seeking registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC). If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership. The post is part time (18 hours) on a term time plus summer holiday contract (43 working weeks) and is permanent within Falkirk Council Education Services. The work pattern is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8am to 11.30am and Wednesday 8am to 12noon. Please note the salary in the advert will be adjusted accordingly for part time and term time contract. Langlees ELC Centre is open from 8am to 6pm.
